DO YOU OFFER A GIFT SERVICE?

Yes. We offer a great collection of gifts for every occasion and for all your loved ones (Gift Center ).
If you are ordering items as a gift to be shipped directly to the recipient, we will enclose the items in a gift bag and include a greeting card (if you select this option, you may also add your personal message). Alternatively, if your order includes personal and gift items, we will ship the order to you with a gift bag and greeting card included in the package for you to personally wrap and give to the recipient yourself. Please note that gift bags and greeting cards are limited to one of each per order.

Within a single order, the products will be wrapped into one single gift bag and only one greeting card will be added. If you would like to receive multiple gift bags and/or greeting cards, please place multiple orders.

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

No. We regret to inform you that our service team cannot process your order over the phone. All orders must be placed directly on our website.

HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT?

The order process at Joshua is safe and secure. Once you enter your personal and credit card information, your online purchase will be processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is encrypted to keep it protected while in transit.

HOW IS JOSHUA PROTECTING MY PERSONAL DATA?
WHAT IS 3D-SECURE?

The 3D-Secure protocol is an additional security layer that further prevents credit card fraud for online payments. During the checkout process, customers with a 3D-Secure credit card are asked for an authorization password that is assigned by their issuing credit card company. With this additional authentication check, security is increased for the credit card holder and the Online Shop.
If you are being asked for a password which you have not received, please contact your issuing credit card company.

Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items purchased at Joshua may be unconditionally returned within 30 days from the date of their receipt, with the exception of gift cards and vouchers (subject to applicable law). Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date. Joshua will accept returns on defective products that are returned within 1 months from the date of receipt.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Our silver and gold beads are treated to resist tarnishing but sometimes they do need a quick touch-up. To do this, we recommend using a simple silver polishing cloth.

Do not use liquid silver polish as it removes the oxidization, which is part of the design, off the beads and bracelets. It is also recommended that you remove your jewelry before coming into contact with water, hot tubs, and swimming pools, as exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your Joshua product.

Most often, locks are placed on each end of the bracelet to prevent movement of the beads; however, they can be placed anywhere you choose to complete your finished design.
